Michael came to Halifax after setting his Aveda roots in Fredericton, NB back in 2014. There, he developed a passion for blondes, balayage, and all things hair colour. With a background in working for on English as a Second Language Program through the University of New Brunswick, Michael’s love of educating started early. He became an Aveda Hair Colour Mentor in 2016, spreading his love of Aveda to the next generation of stylists and his guests.

Michael is passionate about Atlantic Canada, and outside of the salon and classroom, you can usually find him eating a lobster roll, on the beach, or in a tacky gift shop (like any good Maritimer would do).
