One Block Waiver
The team at OBB will always do their best to give you the hair of your dreams! And we want to ensure that you have the tools and knowledge needed to take care of it. Your stylist will take the time to go over the process, educate you on products to maintain your colour, along with providing a quote for the cost. This quote is subject to change, especially if we run into any surprises so make sure to disclose your entire colour history. Hard water and mineral build up are other factors to be considered. Each lightening service includes a bond-building and strengthening treatment to help protect your investment.
It is important to note that all hair colour fades. It will fade more quickly if you don’t use colour safe shampoo, wash your hair too often, or spend a lot of time in the sun. A toner following a lightening service will only last two to ten washes. It is important to have realistic expectations when it comes to the longevity of your hair colour.
•I give my stylist permission to apply the required chemicals to my hair as part of my hair colour service.
•I understand that the result of my service may vary from one person/ service to another.
•I confirm that I will follow the recommendations of my stylist so I can maintain my colour service.
•I agree that my stylist is not responsible for any fading/discolouration following my colour service.
One Block Cancelation Policy
At One Block, we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. To keep our stylists’ schedules running smoothly, we require:
•24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a haircut.
•48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule all colour services.
If a cancellation is made with less notice, the following fees apply:
•Haircuts – Full cost of the missed appointment.
•Colour services – 50% of the service cost.
This fee will be added to your next booking in order to secure your appointment.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your visit. Please allow a few extra minutes to find parking and settle in, as late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling (with applicable fees).
